Refund policy

We do not accept returns at this time.

However, we have a 14-day replacement/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you’ll need the Order Number (ex. #12345) or other proof of purchase, which you should receive by email after purchase, along with a package slip in the box your item is received in. If you purchased using an active account, you may access your account here and view your past orders in order to find your order number.

Please attach at least TWO images showing item damage/condition and a Description of the condition upon delivery and/or the reason you'd like a refund or replacement, along with the email or phone number associated with your order. Be sure to provide the Order Number (ex. #12345) in the subject line.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you an email to the email associated with the order with further instructions or details.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your request, please contact us.
