Plant products are usually shipped and delivered between 3-7 business days. Please allow for up to 7 business days after your plant order has shipped before requesting a refund or replacement.
Other items may ship separately, usually directly from vendors/suppliers, and may take between 5 and up to 20 business days to be delivered. For these orders, please allow up to 20 business days after your related order has shipped before requesting a refund or replacement.
