Where do you ship?
We ship our products anywhere within the contiguous United States (48 States).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost varies and is calculated based on the distance traveled and total cart size (weight), starting at $6.49, within the contiguous U.S.
Do you really ship Carbon-neutral?
Yes! We always ship carbon-neutral by partnering with companies that remove carbon from the air, along with planting trees in locations that matter (buy 1 item, plant 2 trees).
We aim to minimize the usage of single-use, hard-to-recycle plastics and other polluting materials, selling as few products made from these materials as possible and package our own items with minimal shipping materials.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Delivery times can vary from 2-5 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping takes 2 business days. During periods of inclement weather, shipments may be delayed to ensure safe delivery of your plant or other product.
Do you provide a tracking number for all orders?
Yes, we provide a tracking number for all others, excluding some accessories due to vendor restrictions. After your product(s) ship, you will be provided a tracking number by email.
Which delivery courier do you use to ship?
We ship our products using USPS, UPS, or Fedex depending on the address provided. We are not able to take specific shipping service provider requests...
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, we don't offer expedited shipping. However, we strive to process and ship orders within 48 hours.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes due to the nature of the products we sale. We ship live plants and agricultural products and cannot guarantee the safety or health of these products when they're not delivered directly to you.
It's been awhile and I still haven't received my order...
Please feel free to reach out to Customer Support (hey@letsgrowthings.com) for updates on orders. We strive to process and ship orders within 48 hours. If you haven't received your Live Plant order after 7 days, you may contact us for a refund or replacement. Other items may take up to 20 days to be delivered. If your order applies, and hasn't arrived, please contact us for a refund or replacement.

What are your shipping and return policies?
Placing an Order
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We may be able to update or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Unfortunately however, there is no guarantee we'll be able to catch it in time.
If you need to request an update to a shipping address and/or any other information or if you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP by email (hey@letsgrowthings.com) or via chat.

What does your 14-day Healthy Plant Promise mean for me?
While unlikely, if your plant arrives significantly damaged or insect-infested, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage for a free replacement or refund. Start chatting with us to start a claim, or email us at hey@letsgrowthings.com.

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns at this time.
However, we have a 14-day replacement/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you’ll need the Order Number (ex. #12345) or other proof of purchase, which you should receive by email after purchase, along with a package slip in the box your item is received in. If you purchased using an active account, you may access your account here and view your past orders in order to find your order number.

How do discounts and coupons work?
We offer a variety of discounts.
From $10 off your first order when you sign up for our email list below to BOGO 25% OFF one plant when you buy two, most of our discounts are automatically applied to your order when it is eligible However, we do offer Holiday and other Special or Exclusive discounts via email that may require a discount code. Before checking out, make sure you enter this code to receive the appropriate discount. Depending on the offer, it may even work with other applicable discounts.
We also offer Free Shipping over orders with a subtotal of $75 or more. This applies to all orders.
I'm purchasing a plant as a gift.
We currently don't offer customizations for gifting our plants, but for something a little more personal, feel free to use their name and information in the shipping address. We also offer Gift Cards that can be sent directly via email with a personal message.
I have a Gift Card, how do I use it?
After purchasing or receiving a growthings™ Gift Card, you should receive an email with the Gift Card and a code that you can use like a discount code. There should also be a link to automatically apply the Gift Card balance to your order. Feel free to contact us (hey@letsgrowthings.com) if you have any questions regarding your Gift Card.
